Recruitment agency work

Our recruitment agency work is listed below, and includes web sites that we have been contracted to build for their clients. We usually work on-site as part of the team, and provide top quality solutions with attention to detail.

Over the years we have worked with some really creative individuals — would you like us to work with you?

Sky Showbiz

The brief

Develop accessible and search engine optimised markup that rendered accurately across multiple browsers and would deliver the design as supplied. Of great importance was keeping the initial page-load speed to a minimum - even with the heavy use of images throughout.

This redesigned site incorporates a full publishing "back-end" that allows a team of editors to manage the content and ensure fresh content is delivered regularly to their readers.

Badj.it - the social opinion engine

The brief

To create a social opinion web site that show-cased different technologies that were of strategic interest. We worked on this simple "love it - hate it" web site from planning through execution over a 20-week period. The site has been designed from the ground-up to be accessible, and it still benefits from the modern use of AJAX and DHTML.

AOL Netherlands portal

AOL Netherlands portal

We recently completed development of the AOL Netherlands presence. This solution has been developed from the beginning to deliver locale specific content, with the goal being to expand brand awareness and provide a presence in a geographic location.

This portal-like solution uses no databases, yet is fully customisable on a locale-by-locale basis through settings files. It is designed to fully scale and is currently deployed on many nodes behind a load-balancer.

In 1989, Andersen Consulting became Accenture when a group of partners from the consulting division of the various Arthur Andersen firms formed the new organisation, focused on consulting and technology services related to managing large-scale systems integration and enhancing business processes.
